1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Mohib Shop, Bangladesh's leading hybrid multi-vendor commerce platform operated under Bangladesh ICT & Commerce regulations. By accessing or using our marketplace (web, mobile, or API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.
2. Multi-Vendor Marketplace Operations
Mohib Shop acts as an aggregator connecting verified independent merchants with consumers. Products are categorized into two primary logistical streams:
- Local Hub Products: Perishables, groceries, and urgent daily goods stored at or fulfilled directly by regional hubs within specific delivery perimeters.
- Global / Nationwide Products: Apparel, electronics, lifestyle, and dry goods fulfilled across all 64 districts in Bangladesh via verified logistics couriers.
3. Escrow Security & Payment Protection
All customer transactions settled through Cash on Delivery (COD)—are governed by the Mohib Escrow Protection Guarantee. Merchant disbursement is placed on hold until successful doorstep handover and the lapse of the inspection grace period.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Inaccuracies
All prices are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of statutory VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the rare event of an algorithmic pricing discrepancy or inventory depletion, Mohib Shop reserves the right to cancel the affected order item and issue an immediate full refund.
5. User Conduct and Account Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping details. Fraudulent orders, abusive behavior toward logistics riders, or repeated refusal of COD shipments without legitimate defect justification may result in permanent account suspension across our hub network.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to platform usage shall be referred to arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
