• Logistics Data: Division, District, Thana/Upazila, street address, and delivery instructions.
• Transaction History: Order IDs, items purchased, chosen payment method, and dispatch timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Route package dispatches to assigned regional hubs and doorstep delivery riders.
• Send automated SMS and real-time order tracking status updates.
• Process refunds, dispute claims, and warranty resolutions.
• Detect and prevent counterfeit merchandise or fraudulent multi-account abuse.

3. Zero Third-Party Data Monetization

Mohib Shop will never sell, lease, or monetize customer contact lists or shopping habits to external marketing brokers or third-party advertisers. Information shared with logistics riders is strictly restricted to recipient name, destination address, and phone number for delivery verification.

4. Payment & Financial Data Security

Mohib Shop does not store complete debit/credit card numbers or mobile banking PINs. All payment processing occurs over encrypted TLS 1.3 channels via secure Cash on Delivery handover.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You may request account deactivation and data purging at any time through your Account Settings or by reaching privacy@mohibshop.com. Non-sensitive transactional data may be retained solely for statutory accounting compliance.
